Generally cat breeders will not allow their kittens to be homed before 12 - 14 weeks. When you buy kittens from them, the kitten will come de-wormed and vaccinated and with a contract or guarantee of good health. You may pay a little more, but at least you are assured of a healthy Singapura kitten.
